Refund Policy

Subscription Services

Paid DocuLoss subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at signup. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@doculoss.com within seven days of the charge.

Refund eligibility depends on the product terms in effect at purchase and whether cloud storage or document services have already been delivered for that billing period.

How to Request a Review

Email info@doculoss.com with your account name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond as quickly as possible during business hours.
